  • Clarity session recordings: Up to 13 months
  • Client enquiry records: Up to 3 years after last interaction (for service continuity)
  • Formal client records: As required under Indian law (typically 7 years)
  • WhatsApp/call records: Retained in our CRM until you request deletion
